NEWS FLASH: Saturday 13th March 2010 Academy of Sound have Lee Bartram from Gibson UK in-store throughtout the day, so any question you want to ask our guy at Gibson please come in, and as this is a Special Gibson Event we will be doing some very very special in-store deals.

Lee Bartram is our direct contact with Gibson USA and Epiphone baised in the UK, There are still a limited number of Specialist Gibson and Epiphone Dealers in the UK, who strive to keep a great spread and depth of stock always available.

Academy of Sound as a Full Gibson and Epiphone Dealer have a system in place to always check available stock and should the guitar you want not be available from shop stock or immidiately from the Gibson European hub then we are able to place the order for your guitar direct with the manufacturer.

This means when we order your guitar with Gibson the company then sent instruction for your Guitar to be made on the next run at the factory in the USA, this guitar is then crafted by Gibsons skilled craftsmen and is your all the way through the system and then id delivered direct from Gibson by UPS to our store in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. This is the only direct system of its kind.
